Admission :

NEET exam is important because it is the only medical entrance exam conducted in India. This includes the admission to MBBS course in all government medical institutes and also the admissions to AIIMS and JIPMER. As entrance examinations to AIIMS and JIPMER have been replaced by NEET.

Application form for all the courses can be filled online by visiting the official website of BVP Pune. B. Tech admission is based on CET (Engineering) conducted by the university and MHTCET or JEE Main in the case of remaining seats. NEET UG qualified candidates are eligible to apply for MBBS and BDS programs.

MBBS and BDS programs are offered on the basis of a valid score in NEET UG conducted at all India level. 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics is the minimum eligibility criteria for admission. HSC or Indian School Certificate Examination (ISCE) in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology & English individually and must have obtained 50% (for SC / ST at least 40%) marks in Physics, Chemistry & Biology taken together at the qualifying examination or equivalent.
