Admission :
Candidate along with either of the parent and all relevant original documents are compulsory to report.
o candidate who have been allotted a seat through MCC online Counselling 2021 in Round 1, 2 & Mop-up, for MBBS seats at BLDE (Deemed to be University)’s Shri. B. M. Patil Medical College, Hospital and Research Centre,Vijayapura are directed to make the fee payment as per fee structure given below, through online transfer (RTGS/NEFT) to the BLDE(DU) account given below and proof of remittance /acknowledgement has to be scanned and kept ready for uploading the same during submission of online application form at BLDE(DU) website.
o NRI / NRI sponsored quota seat: For foreign Citizens including OCI, PIO, NRI, NRI Sponsored candidates, the
prescribed tuition fee must be paid from the sponsors foreign bank account OR can be transferred from sponsors Indian NRE bank account, for the same, candidate must produce proof of the transaction made from the sponsor account compulsorily.
The candidates, after completing STEP-1, are directed to scan the individual original documents as listed below and keep them ready for uploading the same during submission of online application form at BLDE(DU) website.
After completing STEP-1 of fee payment and STEP-2 of keeping the scanned copies of all documents ready, candidates are directed to click the below given link for submission of online application and upload all scanned documents before
final submission.
o After the successful submission of online application through BLDE(DU) portal, the uploaded documents will be verified by the designated officer during physical reporting.
After the successful submission of online application through BLDE(DU) portal, the candidate must report physically to the BLDE(DU)’s SBMP Medical college, Vijayapura, as per MCC reporting schedule compulsorily. For MCC reporting schedule please visit website; www.mcc.nic.in
STEP – 5 Verification & Submission of original documents (Annexure-1)
o During Physical reporting, candidates have to submit all original documents listed (Annexure-1) and same will be
verified by the designated officer.
o Once verification and submission of original documents is completed and the institution is satisfied with all documents produced & also payment of fees made, further reporting formalities will be completed at the MCC web portal by the BLDE(DU) officer.
Discrepancy if any found, the BLDE(DU) will not process their admission & reporting formalities at MCC portal as well as BLDE(DU) office.
On successful completion of all steps / process, the admission & reporting details of the candidate will be uploaded through BLDE(DU) login to MCC web portal and final allotment letter will be generated and admission & reporting formality will be completed.
